Your Mission

As Product Engineer at hallo theo, you design, build and ship scalable product solutions that power our platform. You own critical user journeys end-to-end – from early discovery with Product and Design, through technical design and implementation, all the way to rollout, quality and iteration based on data and customer feedback. You act as a technical sparring partner and help raise the engineering bar across the product team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of complex product features and services – from discovery and scoping to rollout, monitoring and iteration.
  • Design and implement scalable, reliable and secure solutions, ensuring high standards in code quality, testing and observability.
  • Lead technical decision-making within the product team (architecture, tooling, engineering practices) in close alignment with the platform and data teams.
  • Mentor and enable other engineers through code reviews, pair programming and coaching; actively contribute to shared standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers and Data to translate commercial and user needs into impactful, measurable product outcomes.
